encephalitis, reproductive system infection and new born infant infection.
This Herpes Simplex Virus DNA diagnostic kit is designed to detect HSV DNA from blood samples, male urethral swab samples, female cervical swab samples and other samples. Detection results can be used for HSV infection diagnosis.
This diagnostic kit uses nucleic acid lysis buffer to lysis and release HSV DNA from samples. Specific primers and probe are designed according to conserved regions in HSV DNA. Primers and probe are used to amplify virus DNA using real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR machine, which generates HSV DNA fast detection system.
There is UNG enzyme and dUTP protection reagents in this PCR detection system. This will degrade potential product pollution, to avoid false positive results.
